You will join a technical platform team responsible for the infrastructure, tooling, and reliability of our booking platform. You’ll be working on the foundations of all our systems, ensuring a reliable, scalable, and future-proof SaaS environment.

As a DevOps Engineer:

• Build and maintain the infrastructure and developer tooling that our engineers rely on daily;

• Manage and optimise our AWS and GCP environments (specifically ECS and EC2);

• Automate infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code);

• Ensure builds, tests, and releases run reliably through our CI/CD pipelines;

• Gain insights into performance and system behaviour using New Relic and CloudWatch;

• Empower engineers by providing visibility into production behaviour and potential optimisations.

Your profile

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or have equivalent professional experience;

• Proven professional experience in Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Engineering;

• A solid background in software development;

• Bonus points for: Experience with AWS, GCP, and IaC tools such as Terraform;

• Bonus points for: Experience with databases like PostgreSQL and Redis;

• Bonus points for: Experience with Ruby on Rails or a similar MVC framework;

• A deep understanding of CI/CD and deployment automation.

• You are currently based in the Netherlands and are willing to work from the office at least one day per week.
