Are you technically skilled, service-oriented, and see it as a challenge to help customers quickly and effectively? As a Customer Success Specialist – Support, you are the first point of contact for our customers when they have questions or issues with their website. You make every interaction a positive experience.
What will you do?
Booking Experts customers use our CMS (Content Management System) to manage their websites. Sometimes they encounter technical challenges or have questions about content, structure, or integrations. That’s where you come in.
Your responsibilities include:
Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat;
Analyzing and resolving CMS-related issues — from content errors to technical bugs;
Contributing ideas for improvements and translating customer feedback into actionable suggestions for our product team;
Collaborating closely with developers, the onboarding team, and marketing to resolve issues quickly and thoroughly;
Keeping support documentation up to date and helping build our knowledge base.

Booking Experts is a fast-growing SaaS scale-up providing a Property Management System (PMS) for holiday parks and hotels. We automate processes, enhance guest experiences, and help our clients maximize revenue.

Your team
As a CMS Support Specialist, you will join the CMS Website Team. You will work closely with other departments such as our developers and marketers. Our enthusiastic team members — Eline, Bouke, Casper, and Isa are hardworking and motivated, able to work independently but also enjoy collaborating.


About you
You have:
- HBO-level thinking and working, preferably in communication, media design, or tourism.
- Strong affinity with HTML, CSS, and CMS systems;
- A proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused work attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and can clearly explain technical topics;
- Insight into customer behavior and how to translate that into support solutions;
- Experience in support or customer service is a big plus!
