CMS Onboarding Specialist

Do you love helping customers get off to a flying start? As a CMS Onboarding Specialist at Booking Experts, you ensure that new clients feel right at home from day one. You guide them from the very first contact to a fully working, beautifully set up website — and make sure they get the most out of our CMS (Content Management System) right away.

What will you do?

Coordinate the full onboarding process — from kickoff to go-live;
Set up websites in terms of structure, design and content migration;
Advise customers on the smart use of modules and integrations;
Deliver demos, webinars and hands-on onboarding sessions;
Act as the primary point of contact for new customers during their first months;
Collect customer needs and feedback and turn these into input for our product team.

Booking Experts is a fast-growing SaaS scale-up that provides a Property Management System (PMS) for holiday parks and hotels. We automate processes, improve the guest experience, and help our clients maximize their revenue.

Your team

As a CMS Onboarding Specialist, you’ll join the CMS Website Team. You’ll work closely with other departments such as our developers and marketers. Our enthusiastic team members — Eline, Bouke, Casper and Isa are dedicated and motivated. They’re great at working independently, but they also love collaborating to get things done together.

This is you

You’re enthusiastic, tech-savvy and service-oriented. You enjoy working with people, translating technical options into clear explanations, and making sure every detail contributes to a smooth experience.

You also bring:

Higher education (HBO) level thinking and working, preferably in communication, media design or tourism.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and CMS systems.
A proactive, structured and customer-focused work style.
Strong communication skills and a good sense of planning and coordination.
