As a CMS Website Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our clients when they have questions or issues with their websites. You turn every interaction into a positive experience. You combine support, restyling, and onboarding to help clients make the most of our CMS.
What will you be doing?
Clients of Booking Experts use our CMS (Content Management System) to manage their websites. Occasionally, they encounter technical challenges or have questions about content, structure, or integrations. That’s where you come in.
Specializations & Growth opportunities
Within this role, you can specialize and grow in one of the following areas:
Support
Become an expert in quickly and effectively resolving client inquiries and technical issues. You’re the first point of contact and help ensure client satisfaction. Your responsibilities may include:
Analyzing and resolving technical issues;
Providing direct support via chat, email, and phone;
Documenting recurring issues.

Restyling
Focus on designing and optimizing websites. You’ll advise on design, UX, and perform technical adjustments to enhance the website. Your responsibilities may include:
Carrying out restyling projects and adjusting templates;
Advising clients on design and UX improvements;
Ensuring a user-friendly and attractive website.

Onboarding
Guide new clients smoothly through the implementation process. You’ll provide training, demos, and ensure a successful go-live. Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting new clients during the onboarding process;
Giving interactive demos and training sessions;
Ensuring a smooth go-live and optimal CMS usage.

What do you bring?
You have:
A bachelor’s level of thinking and working (preferably in communications, media design, or tourism);
Strong affinity with HTML, CSS, and CMS systems;
A proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused work attitude;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain technical topics;
Insight into customer behavior and the ability to translate this into support solutions;
Experience in support or customer service is a strong plus.
