As a HubSpot Specialist, you are the strategic partner connecting sales and marketing. You streamline processes, translate strategies into action, and help our Sales team perform at its best. With your in-depth knowledge of HubSpot, you know how to fully leverage the platform and make a real impact.

What will you be doing?
Your role is a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on support, and making the most out of HubSpot. You'll be responsible for:
Optimizing sales processes for both inside and field sales teams;
Implementing HubSpot functionalities and improving workflows;
Ensuring data quality and keeping CRM data accurate and up to date;
Onboarding and training new team members in HubSpot;
Delivering trainings and knowledge sessions on HubSpot.

Valued qualities
Your skills:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, communications)
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience with HubSpot and completed HubSpot Academy certifications
- Strong expertise in advising sales and marketing teams and optimizing processes
- A proactive mindset with strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach
