As Product Compliance Manager, you will work closely with Product & Development, Commerce and Legal & Finance. You are the connecting link who translates international regulations into concrete product solutions, ensuring our software is ready for new markets. Your product knowledge is crucial. You can analyse where BEX currently stands and identify what is needed to successfully enter a new market. By combining insight into our platform with knowledge of local requirements, you make the right choices to drive international growth.

Your role

Booking Experts is expanding its international presence and is already active in 14 countries, with a focus on the Benelux, DACH, France and the UK. We are now taking our first steps into Scandinavia and preparing for expansion into Southern Europe. To enable this growth, we are looking for a Product Compliance Manager who can translate laws and regulations into smart product solutions and ensure our software is ready for new markets.

In this role, you will turn local requirements and obligations into concrete product adaptations that prepare countries for go‑live. You will research tax regulations and mandatory integrations, carry out gap analyses and guide projects from discovery through to integration. Together with Product and Commerce, you will define the roadmap and collaborate with external parties such as tax portals and e‑invoicing gateways. In addition, you will be the first point of contact for legal matters and work closely with Legal & Finance to safeguard contracts, terms and intellectual property in new markets.

Your key responsibilities:

• Researches tax requirements, invoicing rules and tourist taxes in each country;
• Analyses and coordinates the gap between our product and local requirements, including roadmaps and go‑lives together with Product & Commerce;
• Drafts and manages clear requirements and projects from discovery through to integration;
• Leads and develops external integrations, certifications and a playbook for country enablement;
• Monitors and supports trends and international regulations, and contributes to country‑specific compliance.

The Product Team combines freedom with technical expertise, vision, growth and a touch of fun. Every day, our team of experienced engineers works on a scalable and advanced booking platform for holiday parks. Within the team you will find specialisms such as backend, frontend, full stack and DevOps, complemented by Product Designers and Product Managers who together bridge the gap between technology and user experience.

You bring with you:

• At least 5 years of experience in product, compliance or hospitality tech;
• The ability to translate complex regulations into clear product impact;
• Knowledge of APIs and data models to understand and translate technical requirements;
• Experience with international legislation and applying it in product development;
• Fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
