As a Product Manager, you’ll join our Product & Engineering team and help shape the Booking Experts platform. Together with specialists in Engineering, Product Design, and Product Management, you’ll be involved in the full development process. From discovery to delivery.
What will you be doing?
You’ll lead a variety of projects and take ownership of product research. Through interviews, surveys, and user testing, you’ll identify the needs and pain points of our users. Once mapped out, you’ll explore and develop solutions using tools like journey maps, app maps, and wireframes. Your main goal is to ensure our product meets customer needs and delivers an outstanding user experience.
You’ll work closely with the rest of the Product & Engineering team to assess the relevance and priority of each project. With a strong helicopter view, you’re able to oversee and solve complex challenges. You’ll collaborate with a range of stakeholders, making every day different. We also welcome fresh ideas, whether it’s about ways of working or new tools to try.
Your key responsibilities:
- Identifying user pain points, needs, and goals;
- Determining the relevance and priority of potential projects;
- Optimising the user experience through detailed flows and clear UX writing;
- Guiding the development process in close collaboration with software engineers and stakeholders;
- Communicating progress to colleagues and customers, keeping everyone informed of the latest developments;
- Designing and implementing smart solutions together with engineers.

The Product Team is built around freedom, technical expertise, vision, growth, and calm, with a good dose of fun when the moment calls for it. Every day, our experienced engineers work on a scalable, advanced booking platform for holiday parks. Within the team, you’ll find specialists in backend, frontend, full stack, and DevOps.

With the BEX App Store, recreation businesses can further expand BEX PMS and tailor it to their needs in terms of process automation and optimisation. This results in more direct bookings and increased guest satisfaction. In this way, we comprehensively support holiday parks with automation, digitalisation, and smart integrations.
We develop a range of powerful features, such as:
BEX PMS: For managing all back-office operations.
Search and book: For stimulating direct bookings via the park’s own website.
BEX CMS: For building user-friendly websites that are seamlessly integrated with BEX PMS.
Business Intelligence: Advanced dashboards for making data-driven decisions.
BEX App Store: Integrations with external systems, such as: access control systems, channel managers, marketing tools, and more.

Wat do you bring?
You have experience conducting project research and creating journey maps, app maps, and wireframes. Your communication and presentation skills are excellent. You think analytically, critically, and strategically. With a strong helicopter view, you’re able to oversee complex problems and develop effective solutions. You communicate clearly with stakeholders and your team to ensure everyone is aligned on progress and decisions.
You’re also a great listener, an essential skill for uncovering the root causes behind user pain points. Your approach is pragmatic, and you’re skilled at identifying problems and managing expectations. You understand the balance between technical constraints and human needs, and you know there’s more than one way to solve a challenge.
You have:
- A minimum of Bachelor's degree level of education or equivalent experience;
- At least two years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role;
- Strong command of the English language;
- Experience with design tools such as Figma and Balsamiq (not required, but a plus);
- A high level of empathy. You can truly understand the end user’s perspective;
- A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a goal-oriented approach to project work.
