Cross-border collaboration at ParcVu powered by Booking Experts
For the past year, we’ve been working together with ParcVu, the most trusted software partner for holiday parks in the United Kingdom. Our mission is simple: helping leisure businesses grow by making their work more efficient, more successful and more enjoyable.

Strong collaboration
Strong collaboration starts with a clear plan. Our colleague Dominique, Head of International Growth, works with James (Director at ParcVu) and others to guide this partnership. According to Dominique, this is more than a technical project, it’s about people working together across borders, learning from each other, and building something special.
“Already, we see how much we learn from each other’s strengths, and there’s still so much potential to grow,” Dominique says. “In the future, we aim to serve users with a single, integrated system. The goal is to create a modern, cloud-based platform that can grow and adapt with the needs of holiday parks, offering features like automation and real-time insights. Both the UK and the Netherlands are equally important, and this also sets the stage for expanding to other countries.”
ParcVu and Booking Experts bring different strengths to the table. Dominique explains: “ParcVu has a long history and trusted relationships, while Booking Experts brings fresh, modern ideas. Together, we create a strong product that fits both the market and our teams.”
To keep everyone aligned, the teams use online tools and meet regularly, both virtually and in person. “We’re looking forward to our team days in December, where we’ll plan for 2026 and celebrate our Christmas party with colleagues from across Europe!,” Dominique adds.
Efficient support
Our Customer Success team consists of Support and Onboarding specialists who are ready every day to help our users. The team ensures that users can work efficiently with our system, have their questions answered, and experience a smooth onboarding process.
At Booking Experts, we work with buddies, so colleagues can guide each other and learn together. Customer Success Specialist Iris explains:
''At Booking Experts, we work with buddies so colleagues can support and learn from each other. Iris explains: “In my Customer Success role, I work closely with my buddy Jessica. Last summer, we set up Mobile Service Cloud together so both the Dutch and English Success teams could start using it. We’re now focusing on further optimising it and helping the UK team get familiar with Booking Experts.”
Customer Success Specialist Jessica adds: “In the UK team we work mostly remotely, so digital collaboration comes naturally, including with our Dutch colleagues. Rolling out Mobile Service Cloud was a great opportunity to get to know Iris and Johan and ensure the setup worked for both teams. Our collaboration tools have really supported our transition to helping UK users, as our Dutch colleagues can quickly assist where we still have knowledge gaps.”
Building better documentation
Good documentation helps everyone: our users, Customer Success and our own teams. Not long after one of the first visits to ParcVu powered by Booking Experts, Karin (Copywriter in the Product Team) was asked to help bring ParcVu’s documentation into Featurebase.
Because Booking Experts had just finished moving our own documentation into Featurebase, the process was still fresh. Karin: “The collaboration with the UK team started right away on Slack. UK colleagues Jessica and Stacie explained how they used the ParcVu guides and what was most important to them.”
The project wasn’t as straightforward as expected. Karin: “The BEX and ParcVu documentation couldn’t live on the same site, and importing the content required a creative workaround through Google Docs. Once that was solved, we started importing and reorganizing the articles. We even met on a videocall to discuss structure, categories, and which guides still needed to be added.”
When the migration was done, Karin’s part of the work was mostly complete. Karin: “But for Jessica, the real marathon had only just begun: reviewing 425 articles for accuracy and categorisation, a huge task and still ongoing today.”The new documentation platform is already a big step forward.
Jessica adds: ''Our old Desktop documentation was made up of long PDFs, so moving to Featurebase was the perfect time to review it. Karin helped us learn the platform and is always available on Slack for questions. The NL team saved us a lot of time by importing the documents already split into articles. Now ParcVu and Booking Experts customers have a consistent experience, and it’s much easier for us to find information too.''
