Business Development Manager
Join us as a Business Development Manager and lead our growth in South-West France and Occitanie: drive sales, build relationships, and shape the future of hospitality tech!
As Business Development Manager, you'll drive customer acquisition and growth in South-West France and Occitanie. This remote role is ideally based near transport hubs like Nantes, La Rochelle, Bordeaux, Toulouse, or Montpellier. You'll manage the full sales cycle using a consultative approach, collaborating with Customer Success for smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction. You’ll report directly to the Business Development Manager France.
Key responsibilities
Proactively generate and follow up on new leads within our customer base;
Carry out structured prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls;
Plan and deliver persuasive product demos and sales presentations;
Negotiate and close contracts to build strong, long-term client relationships;
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth implementation and client retention;
Maintain and grow the sales pipeline using CRM systems (Hubspot);
Report on sales results and market trends to the Manager Business Development France;
Contribute to the ongoing development of our sales strategy for the French market.

What do you bring?
At least 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or tech;
A proven track record in acquiring new clients and hitting revenue targets;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Experience with consultative selling and presenting complex solutions;
A self-starter with a proactive attitude and results-driven approach.
Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management;
Knowledge or experience in the hospitality industry, in particular with campsites or holiday parks, will be a strong advantage.
Excellent command of both French and English.
