What will you be doing?
As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our French-speaking users, working with our Customer Success team. You’ll learn everything about our innovative online reservation system and act as a bridge between our users and internal teams.
What will be your focus?
- Proactively and reactively informing users about new features, updates, and opportunities.
Designing and improving our education program to keep users informed and train them on software usage.
Organizing training, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Translating user feedback and needs to the development teams to ensure our software meets customer expectations.

Business Intelligence: Advanced dashboards for making data-driven decisions.
Valued qualities
You’ll often face complex issues, so it’s essential to switch between strategic thinking and operational execution, analyzing problems quickly and efficiently.
Your skills:
- Native-level French (both spoken and written).
- Affinity with software and automation.
- Bachelor degree (preferably in tourism, but not necessary).
- Initiative and team spirit.
- Energy, ambition, and a good sense of humor.
