What is your ambition for 2026?

From international career goals to small but meaningful personal milestones, here’s a look at some of the ambitions our team members want to achieve in 2026.

Sanne – Learning & Development Specialist

"Our ambition is straightforward: to elevate L&D by expanding the team and establishing ourselves as a key, trusted resource within the organisation. Last year focused on laying a robust foundation, and this year we will fully capitalize on that groundwork.''

Amber – Product Manager (PMS)

"By the end of 2026, I want our PMS to be recognized not just for managing a park's back-office efficiently, but also for making every guest feel like a VIP from booking to check-out."✅

Rick – SEO Lead

"Creating a Booster linkbuilding network to generate strong SEO/GEO value and relevant traffic for our customers, while also spending more quality time with loved ones and training to run a marathon in under 2:50."🏃‍➡️

Lot – Customer Success Specialist

"In 2026, I want the Customer Success process to run smoothly for all new customers and as many existing customers as possible. I also want to grow in my role and help the CSM team improve how we work together. 

On a personal level, I plan to start a course to become a basic orthomolecular nutrition advisor. I’m really interested in how nutrients and minerals affect our bodies and want to learn more about it."🥗

Bouke – CMS Website Team

"By the end of this year, I plan to design a website that stands out as an example of excellent web design and becomes a long-term reference for potential customers. 

Personally, I want to take my band more seriously and perform a full two-hour solo show with original music by year’s end."🎸

Céline – Business Development International

"I want our brand to be recognized as a reliable and robust player in international markets. 🌍 Personally, I hope to obtain double nationality (lots of paperwork!) and, if time allows, get married (even more paperwork!)."

Maureen – COO

"By the end of 2026, I want to lead a CSM meeting in French 🇫🇷 and implement a scalable structure for the Customer Success Team across our international offices.

I also aim to earn all the necessary certifications to operate a large leisure vessel anywhere in the world."🛥️

"As we continue to grow internationally, my ambition is to make everyone feel like a true part of the organization, keeping our team spirit strong across all countries."💚
