Product Manager Integrations
Are you an expert in managing integrations, do you know API documentation inside out, and do you thrive on structure? If so, apply now for the position of Product Manager Integrations!
At Booking Experts, it’s all about connection. Not just between people, but especially between systems. As our Product Manager Integrations, you will ensure our platform collaborates seamlessly with the outside world. You are the vital link between our software and external partners.
You are a strategic product manager who maintains a clear overview while setting the direction: from API strategy to partner roadmaps, and from market analysis to ensuring quality alongside the development team.
A day as Product Manager Integrations
At Booking Experts, you start the day with a sharp focus on technological connectivity. Here's what your workday looks like:
08:30 | Market & Partner Analysis: You analyse partner feedback and market needs. Based on the data, you determine which new API endpoints are needed to make our integrations even more powerful and user-friendly.
10:00 | Strategic Partner Consultation: You speak with a major international party such as Airbnb or Booking.com. You safeguard Booking Experts' interests and establish the functional frameworks for the new integration.
12:00 | Team Lunch: Time to unwind with the team. A healthy lunch, a quick walk and catching up in our informal atmosphere.
12:30 | Roadmap & Development: After lunch, you translate partner requirements into concrete user stories for the engineering team. You set priorities in the backlog and monitor the progress of the integration roadmap.
15:30 | Quality & Impact: You verify whether a new integration meets the high quality standards. You analyse the impact on users and contribute ideas about the stability of the integration.
16:30 | Direction & Planning: You review the status of the current sprint and anticipate tomorrow's conversations. This way you always maintain control and keep the course clear for technical partners and the development team.

Who are you?
We like to keep it to the core:
Education & Foundation: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, are ambitious, and gain energy from creating technological connections. You understand how APIs work, enjoy solving complex puzzles, and quickly identify where systems can strengthen one another. You switch effortlessly between technical depth and strategic overview.
Multidisciplinary Skills: You're skilled at analysing complex technical structures and work data-driven. Overseeing integration roadmaps and translating technical possibilities into commercial opportunities comes naturally to you. Additionally, you're curious, learn quickly and pick things up independently.
Professional Attitude: In partner interactions, you act as a strong sparring partner for both engineers and commercial stakeholders. You are fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken) and always maintain a "helicopter view." Even when things get busy, you keep your cool and set the right priorities.
And most importantly: you're looking for a versatile, innovative and ambitious workplace where technology and hospitality come together and you get plenty of growth opportunities.
What do you bring?
You see it as a welcome challenge to map out the roadmap for our integrations. You are just as comfortable discussing an endpoint with a developer as you are talking to an account manager from an international partner. You take pride in a stable platform and want to contribute to our international ambitions.
You maintain oversight, even when the roadmap is full. You enjoy being at the helm and are not afraid to make the decisions that determine our international growth. Since our (European) partners are widely distributed, you switch to English without a second thought. Having previously worked with technical products, you know exactly how to translate a vision into a working solution.

About Booking Experts
Our origins lie with Expert Webdesign, where we developed websites for all kinds of companies, including recreation entrepreneurs. We repeatedly encountered the same problem: the websites were far ahead of the market and competition, but lacked the ability to book a vacation directly through the website. Customers had to contact the reception desk by phone or switch to external booking platforms. We thought this could be done better and more easily.
That's why we sat down with all kinds of parties, such as receptionists, park managers, technical services, cleaners, barrier operators, and management, to identify the bottlenecks from various perspectives. The result was the development of an innovative reservation system that integrates all the essentials for recreation companies. That's how Booking Experts came into being in 2011. Our booking platform has grown to become the go-to platform for holiday parks, campsites, and hotels in various countries.
To meet growing demand, we established our marketing agency Booking Boosters in 2017. This enables us to help our customers increase their online sales and stimulate their growth. Through effective and performance-based marketing techniques, such as SEO, SEA, Affiliate Marketing, and Social Media, we help holiday parks grow and flourish!
