Business Development Manager Nordics – Holiday Parks & Campsites

At Booking Experts (BEX), we develop and deliver a modern booking system built for the real-world needs of holiday parks and campsites. A system that is easy to use in everyday operations, reliable – even during peak season – and flexible enough to support businesses as they grow and evolve.
Following strong growth in Benelux, DACH and the UK, we are now expanding our presence in the Nordics. We are therefore looking for an additional Business Development Manager to take ownership of relationships, market development and growth in Denmark and Scandinavia.
Your role at Booking Experts
As Business Development Manager Nordics, you will work closely with owners and management teams at campsites and holiday parks in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Your role is to help them choose a solution that:
Is easy to learn and easy to use for the entire team;
Ensures stable operations – even when pressure is high;
Provides a solid foundation for future needs and integrations.
You guide customers confidently through the decision-making process – from first contact and demo to agreement and onboarding – in close collaboration with our onboarding and product teams. It is essential that you act as a trusted advisor who believes in the value of long-term partnerships.

What your day-to-day looks like
Your workday is a mix of analysis, dialogue and relationship building. You work from your home office, following up on leads, planning meetings and prioritising your pipeline.
You conduct online demos for campsites and holiday parks, focusing on usability, stable workflows and tangible operational improvements.
Part of your work also takes place on-site with customers, where you gain insight into their daily operations and translate their needs into Booking Experts solutions.
In addition, you prepare proposals, collaborate closely with colleagues in sales, onboarding and product, and help ensure that Nordic requirements are reflected in the platform.

You are not on your own
You will become part of an established team at Booking Experts and receive ongoing sparring from colleagues within sales, onboarding and product. The role is independent, but never isolated – we work closely together across countries.

Who are you?
You speak and write fluent Danish and English – understanding Swedish and Norwegian is a plus;
You have 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS or within the camping/holiday park industry;
You may already have a network among Danish and international campsites and holiday parks;
You are structured, trustworthy and able to explain complex solutions in a simple and clear way;
You thrive with responsibility, autonomy and a role where relationships are key.
