As a Technical Partner Manager, you are the vital link between commerce and technology. You maintain strategic relationships with external partners, translate commercial needs into technical solutions and ensure our integrations are reliable, scalable and future‑proof.
Your role
As Technical Partner Manager, you bridge the gap between commerce and technology. You are part of the commercial team but work closely with our Product & Engineering team on a daily basis. Your mission is to build and expand strong partner relationships while ensuring technical integrations run smoothly and deliver real value. You act as the main point of contact for partners, translate their needs into concrete solutions and make sure our software is ready for the future.
Key responsibilities:
Identify, approach and successfully onboard new technical partners;
Develop and implement partner strategies together with the commercial team;
Translate commercial requirements into clear specifications and deliver integrations in collaboration with Engineering;
Coordinate the integration process from initial requirements through to delivery and aftercare;
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders within partner organisations;
Improve usage and reliability by analysing integration performance and monitoring KPIs;
Spot new opportunities for collaboration and product development;
Act as the go‑to person for technical issues, working closely with engineers and partners to find solutions;
Contribute to the go‑to‑market of new integrations and ensure commercial teams make the most of them.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a unique mix of technical affinity and commercial insight. You have experience with software development and integrations, and can communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Furthemore:
- Bachelor’s degree level, preferably with a relevant background in Computer Science, Business Administration or similar.
- Proven experience in technical account management, ideally in software‑driven environments.
- The ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions and collaborate with engineers to deliver integrations.
- A proactive mindset combined with analytical skills and strong team spirit.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of an additional language such as Dutch, French or German is considered an advantage.
