Technical Partner Manager
Take the lead in our technical partnerships and ensure integrations run seamlessly across the globe!
Are you the Technical Partner Manager whose strategic integrations always attract attention? You are the vital link between commerce and technology, taking our partner relationships to the next level.
Booking Experts helps with the changing way hospitality works. As a Technical Partner Manager, you bridge the gap between our commercial team and Product & Engineering. You ensure that external integrations not only work flawlessly from a technical perspective but also add maximum value for our customers and partners worldwide.
Build with us...
In this role, you identify, approach, and onboard new technical partners to expand our ecosystem. You translate commercial opportunities into clear technical specifications and coordinate the integration process from initial requirements to final delivery. Additionally, you monitor the performance of existing integrations, resolve technical issues in collaboration with engineers, and ensure a robust go-to-market strategy for new connections.
A day as...
Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde in deze functie, which makes the work dynamic and varied. However, there is a clear structure and rhythm you can count on. To give you a realistic idea of what to expect, we describe an average working day below:
08:30 | Partner Scan: You start the day by analysing the KPIs of our key integrations. You identify an opportunity to improve the data flow with a channel manager and immediately schedule a meeting.
10:00 | Discovery Session: You are on a call with a potential new partner and our engineers. You protect commercial interests while diving deep into the technology to test the feasibility of the connection.
12:00 | Team Lunch: Time to recharge with the team in our modern canteen in Enschede. After a healthy lunch, we take a walk together to start the afternoon with fresh focus.
13:30 | Requirements & Engineering: You translate commercial requirements into concrete user stories for the development team. You ensure the engineers know exactly what the partner needs to build the integration successfully.
15:30 | Stakeholder Management: You have a strategic meeting with an existing partner regarding the roadmap for the coming year. You advise them on how to best utilise our latest API updates.
16:30 | Direction & Wrap-up: No single day is the same in this role. You finish the day by updating your progress in Asana and preparing for tomorrow's appointments. Instead of daily stand-ups, we use our week-start and the fortnightly Friday update to keep the course and focus sharp.

Who are you?
Education & Foundation: You have a professional or academic degree at hbo level (e.g., Computer Science or Business Administration). You have demonstrable experience in technical account management, preferably within a software-driven environment.
Technical & Commercial: You speak the language of both engineers and commercial stakeholders. You can effortlessly translate technical concepts into practical business solutions.
Communicator: You possess strong communication skills in Dutch and English. If you speak an additional language such as French or German, that is a significant advantage.
What do you bring?
You are someone who proactively identifies opportunities and turns them into action. You thrive on building long-term relationships and find it a challenge to make complex integrations scalable and future-proof. You are analytically strong, work in a structured manner, and are a true team player who is only satisfied when a connection delivers value for all parties involved.

What do we offer you?
Terms of Employment: A competitive monthly salary matching your experience, an annual increase, and a 10% salary bonus after your first year with us.
Workplace: A modern office in Enschede with sit-stand desks, a MacBook with a large screen, and a fresh communal lunch provided daily.
Freedom: The possibility of hybrid working and 25 days of holiday per year to fully recharge.
Growth: A challenging role within an innovative company where personal growth and individual initiative are key.

About Booking Experts
Our origins lie with Expert Webdesign, where we developed websites for all kinds of companies, including recreation entrepreneurs. We repeatedly encountered the same problem: the websites were far ahead of the market and competition, but lacked the ability to book a vacation directly through the website. Customers had to contact the reception desk by phone or switch to external booking platforms. We thought this could be done better and more easily.
That's why we sat down with all kinds of parties, such as receptionists, park managers, technical services, cleaners, barrier operators, and management, to identify the bottlenecks from various perspectives. The result was the development of an innovative reservation system that integrates all the essentials for recreation companies. That's how Booking Experts came into being in 2011. Our booking platform has grown to become the go-to platform for holiday parks, campsites, and hotels in various countries.
To meet growing demand, we established our marketing agency Booking Boosters in 2017. This enables us to help our customers increase their online sales and stimulate their growth. Through effective and performance-based marketing techniques, such as SEO, SEA, Affiliate Marketing, and Social Media, we help holiday parks grow and flourish!
