Ons People & Organisation team bestaat uit twee teams die elk hun eigen expertise en focus hebben. Learning & Development richt zich op de voortdurende groei van onze mensen door middel van onboarding, coaching en trainingen, terwijl HR & Recruitment zorgt voor een warm welkom voor nieuw talent en een werkomgeving waarin iedereen zich gehoord en gesteund voelt. Beide teams werken nauw samen om een cultuur te bouwen waarin onze experts zich optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen.
HR & Recruitment
HR & Recruitment ensures the right match and a positive atmosphere within the organisation. They are the first people you speak to during your application process and the ones who make sure you feel right at home in the office. In addition to finding new top talent, they are always available to answer questions about your workplace, your health or your career. They safeguard our unique culture and ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, so that you can focus on what you do with pleasure.
Learning & Development
L&D is the driving force behind your growth at Booking Experts. The team helps you find your way from your first day at work through a pleasant onboarding process and continues to challenge you to improve yourself. Whether you are looking for specific training, need coaching or just want to discuss your ambitions, they offer the tools and knowledge to help you grow in your role as an expert.

Our team is helpful, structured and independent. We would be happy to explain how we do this! You will provide background support to our colleagues in the other teams.
