As an Online Marketeer UK at Booking Boosters, you are responsible for setting up, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns for our UK clients. With your knowledge of the UK market and digital marketing strategies, you ensure our clients are visible, inspire guests, and drive conversions.

You will work independently, lead campaigns, and may guide junior colleagues. Using data-driven insights and creative campaigns, you make a real impact!

Please note: this role is primarily based at our office in Enschede. Candidates must live in the Enschede area. Remote work is possible up to 1–2 days per week. You must be a native UK citizen to be considered for this role.

What will you do?

• Strategically set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads & social media campaigns;
• Optimize websites, landing pages, and content for the UK market using SEO;
• Analyze campaign performance, create dashboards, and implement improvements;
• Collaborate with content and performance teams to develop cross-channel marketing strategies;
• Contribute ideas for new online marketing strategies, campaign formats, and innovative approaches.

What do you bring?

• At least 1 year of experience in online marketing, preferably in SEO, SEA, and/or social ads;
• Native-level English and proven knowledge of the UK market;
• Experience in strategic planning, execution, and optimization of online campaigns;
• Analytical and creative: you can optimize campaigns and are results-driven;
• Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and experience leading or coaching junior colleagues;
• Experience with Google Ads, social advertising platforms, CMS, and analytics tools.
