Our HR team is structured, independent and welcoming. Of course, we are happy to explain how we achieve this! In the background, you support our colleagues in the other teams.

Organisational talent
Our HR team is organisationally strong, structured and when the DISC test is completed, blue comes out without a doubt. A good job description is easy for them and all HR processes are of course closely monitored. Thanks to this good structure, our colleagues and guests lack nothing!

Independent
Doordat ons HR-team relatief nieuw is en geen groot team omvat, is een grote mate van zelfstandigheid belangrijk. Onze HR-toppers kunnen goed zelfstandig hun werk doen maar sparren uiteraard met elkaar wanneer hulp en inzicht nodig zijn. Goed solo kunnen werken maar wel met ondersteuning vanuit de rest van het bedrijf!

Hospitality
Because our HR team also takes on (part of) office management, we value a great sense of hospitality. It is important to us that our colleagues and guests feel welcome at our office. This ranges from welcoming guests, providing groceries and lunch to a birthday card.

Tasting the atmosphere at HR
Our HR team is a recent valuable addition to Booking Experts. So this is where you, as a possible future colleague, can really make your mark! You can have an office anywhere as an HR employee. For example, share the office with colleagues from the Customer Success Team and Sales. But also feel free to join your colleagues from Booking Boosters or Product and Engineering.
Because HR is at the heart of the company and is also responsible for office management, colleagues know how to find HR. A question about the personnel file, onboarding of a new colleague or did you run out of your favourite tea? Our HR team/office management is ready! And in our new office at Kennispark in Enschede, our HR team/ office management also plays an important role.
In a nutshell: NMBRS, Easygenerator, LearnLinq and Indeed. Coffee, tea, Spa Rood and Ice Tea Green. Groceries, luxury sandwiches, guest reception and work processes. Jumbo, Broodbode, Tango sandwich and sandwiches. Recruitment, selection, onboarding and internal Academy. Together we make the HR team and office management!
