Teams within P&O
Our People & Organisation team consists of two teams, each with their own expertise and focus. Learning & Development focuses on the continuous growth of our people through onboarding, coaching and training, while HR & Recruitment ensures a warm welcome for new talent and a working environment in which everyone feels heard and supported. Both teams work closely together to build a culture in which our experts can develop to their full potential.
HR & Recruitment
HR & Recruitment ensures the right match and a positive atmosphere within the organisation. They are the first people you speak to during your application process and the ones who make sure you feel right at home in the office. In addition to finding new top talent, they are always available to answer questions about your workplace, your health or your career. They safeguard our unique culture and ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, so that you can focus on what you do with pleasure.
Learning & Development
L&D is the driving force behind your growth at Booking Experts. The team helps you find your way from your first day at work through a pleasant onboarding process and continues to challenge you to improve yourself. Whether you are looking for specific training, need coaching or just want to discuss your ambitions, they offer the tools and knowledge to help you grow in your role as an expert.
